three bedroomed semi-detached house on the approach to
Tobermory. It is only a three minute walk to the sea front with
it's shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking. |

The house is all on one level with three
bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. The modern bathroom has a
bath and shower. |

It has a spacious, well equipped,
modern kitchen/dining room including: dishwasher, washing
machine, microwave, fridge and freezer. It also has a large
cooking station with gas hob and electric oven. |

There is a lovely comfortable warm lounge with
widescreen TV, freeview and a DVD player. You have a choice of
the sunroom out the front or the bench in the garden for your
morning cuppa! |

Terms and conditions - A deposit of £100
is required at the time of booking - the deposit is normally non
refundable, but in special circumstances, consideration will be
given. The balance is to be paid a month before the start of the
holiday. In the event of cancellation of your booking less than
a month before your holiday, the balance can only be refunded if
we manage to re-let the property for that week. It is advisable
to have holiday insurance. The number of people booked cannot be
exceeded without prior consent. |

Directions. Drive off the ferry at Craignure and turn right
onto the A849 for Tobermory. When you reach Tobermory you will
pass the Baliscate Industrial Estate on the left. Ambleside Beag
is about 500 yards on the right hand side before the roundabout.
You can see it clearly from the road. The Beag is the right hand
side of the property with the sun room on the front. |
Electricity, linen and towels are included in
the tariff of £495 per week. It is a non-smoking property. |
