spacious house with four ensuite bedrooms sleeping nine people.

It has a spacious, well equipped, modern
kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, washing machine, pine
furniture and patio doors - perfect for warm summer mornings or
evening barbeques. |

On the ground floor there are two
twin bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room, one with ensuite
bathroom and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. All
rooms have co-ordinated linen. |

On the upper floor there is a family suite with
double and single bed, ensuite shower room and a sitting room
with French windows leading to a balcony with seating area. |

Terms and conditions - A deposit of £100
is required at the time of booking - the deposit is normally non
refundable, but in special circumstances, consideration will be
given. The balance is to be paid a month before the start of the
holiday. In the event of cancellation of your booking less than
a month before your holiday, the balance can only be refunded if
we manage to re-let the property for that week. It is advisable
to have holiday insurance. The number of people booked cannot be
exceeded without prior consent. |

Directions. Drive off the ferry at Craignure and turn right
onto the A849 for Tobermory. When you reach Tobermory you will
pass the Baliscate Industrial Estate on the left. Ambleside is
about 500 yards on the right hand side before the roundabout.
You can see it clearly from the road. Ambleside is the left hand
side of the property as you approach up the drive. |
Electricity, linen and towels are included in
the tariff of £700 - £800 depending on season. It is a
non-smoking property. |
