Newdale lies
only 1½
miles from Tobermory (about 20 mins. walk) on the road to
Dervaig. It combines the
advantages of being in the Scottish countryside with the
benefits of close proximity to the town. Tobermory has
pubs and restaurants which cater for most tastes, often with
live music. Newdale campsite is positioned beside a
picturesque burn and woodland. Facilities include: toilets, hot water,
showers, spaces for tents, touring caravans and camper vans,
including hard standing. Ample parking.
Electric hook-ups ( 5 ) are also
available ( £2.00 per night) but space is limited and booking
is essential. A £10 deposit is requested to secure a
hook-up.
Tent bookings are not normally
necessary, but you are welcome to get in touch to check
availability. Parties of 2 tents or more are advised to book
in advance and secure a space with a small deposit.
