Dunard Cottage, is a charming, fully modernised, semi-detached early Victorian cottage.  From the sunny garden, which guests are welcome to enjoy, there are spectacular views over Tobermory Bay and the surrounding hills.  The cottage, which has private parking, is only 3 minutes away from the colourful waterfront shops and restaurants.  Although conveniently close to all amenities, it is secluded enough to ensure a peaceful, relaxing holiday.      Click here for a 360 degree image, taken at the front of the main house

Excellent level of personal touches throughout the property. A very high three star award reflects the standard that can be found throughout Dunard Cottage.

Facilities within the cottage:­

Two bedrooms with wash hand-basins. One bedroom has a double bed and single bed. The 2nd is twin-bedded. There is a bathroom on this floor, with bath and electric power shower.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area includes a washing machine, tumble drier, fridge, microwave, freezer and toaster. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The spacious entrance is ideal for storing outdoor gear, bikes etc.

Electricity is provided by a coin operated meter, all rooms have electric fires. 'Total Control' central heating in hall and lounge supplied free of charge.  Linen can be supplied at a cost of £10 per week per room. Duvets and duvet covers are supplied free of charge.  Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for children under 12 years, or pets.

Dunard Cottage is the ideal base from which to explore this most varied of islands. Mull has approximately 300 miles of coastline ranging from huge sea cliffs to waterfalls and stunning sandy beaches. Inland are deep glens, hidden forests and miles of heather clad moorland. It is the best place in the world to see the mighty golden eagle, enjoy whale watching trips and from March to August visit the puffins, known as 'The Clowns of the Skies'

Geologically, Mull could not be more interesting, offering hundreds of historical sites to explore including Torosay Castle and Duart Castle, seat of the MacLean Clan. The islands of lona, Staffa and Ulva, all fascinating and beautiful, are well worth a visit.

The nine hole golf course, which must have one of the most beautiful views anywhere, is just five minutes away.

Other local amenities included pony trekking, loch and sea fishing, sailing and diving, 'Wings Over Mull' birds of prey centre, wildlife and whale watching trips.
