Tobermory is host to several sporting events. The main
ones are firstly, in late July, the Highland Games. These take
place on a traditional area set aside on the
Golf course
called the 'Games field.'

West Highland Yacht Week takes place in
August and makes a magnificent sight in Tobermory bay.
Over 100 yachts normally assemble during the rest evenings, in
between races.
