Lilias Cottage is a brand new
detached two-storey cottage situated in the upper part of
Tobermory. The house is only a short walk onto the main street,
known for its coloured houses and scenic waterfront.
The cottage has been designed to a high
specification and with self catering in mind.
Accommodation
comprises of three bedrooms, a double room downstairs, and a
double and twin bedded rooms upstairs. There is a shower room
downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, both with toilet and wash
hand basin.
The kitchen is
open-plan with the lounge allowing easy access to the dining
area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge,
freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven. The tumble dryer,
and washing machine are in a separate utility room. The living
room has a combination entertainment unit, TV. DVD and Video.
A CD player and
radio unit is also provided.
Heating is provided by an air
sourced environmentally friendly heat pump, with an
elecric hot water system. The house is
fully double glazed and insulated to a very high level.
No matter what the season, or the outside temperature,
the house will be cosy and warm. Electricity costs are
included in the weekly rate.
The
kitchen/lounge has sliding doors leading to the patio
with patio furniture and barbeque. Off road parking is
available next to the cottage.
Linen
and towels are provided and if the stay is for an
extended period, bed linen may be changed and extra
cleaning provided on request.
Essentially, the cottage is close to all amenities,
equipped to a high standard and set up so that all you
have to do after possibly a long journey is to walk in
and relax.
Because
of the standard of the house we are non-smoking and
regrettably we don’t take pets.
Booking
is from Saturday to Saturday.
The cottage will available from 3.00pm on arrival date
and must be vacated by 10.00am on departure date.
A
deposit of £100 is required to confirm booking.
Short
three nights winter breaks may be available.
