modern bungalow has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and
a second double bedroom with adjacent shower room and toilet.
The bright spacious living room has an open fire and patio
windows which look out to the hills and the Sound of Mull. The
house has central heating and the kitchen is well equipped with
a good selection of kitchen utensils and a microwave,
dishwasher, modern ceramic hob cooker, and fridge/freezer. There
is also a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer. The patio has
garden furniture and the property sits in its own garden, with
an additional lower garden area which is reached through a
locked gate and steps.
Please note that the property is not suitable for children due
to the steep incline and 4 metres drop to the lower garden. Pets
(sadly) are not accepted.
Prices and dates over Christmas and New Year negotiable. Short
breaks during the November to March period are available on
request.

£260 - £350 (one bedroom only booking) Outwith peak season,
reduced rental rates apply where one bedroom only is required.
