Wilton is a traditional stone building, thoughtfully renovated and
modernised. Overlooking Tobermory Bay, Wilton offers a beautiful
view on the Sound of Mull; situated in its own two-and-a-half acres of
garden ground, Wilton is nevertheless easily accessible from Breadalbane
St. Tobermory’s Main St. with its shops, restaurants and pubs is just a
ten-minutes-walk away. |
Three double bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a living room with an additional
bed (additional mattress available) and a modern, fully equipped kitchen
with large dining area offer plenty of space for families or holiday parties.
A bathroom and a separate shower room are situated between the bedrooms
upstairs. All rooms have central heating or electrical heating. All rooms
are fully carpeted. Parking is on the property.
| The lounge is equipped with a double settee, four easy chairs, and
colour-T. V. and a stereo-cassette-player. The living room, also on ground
floor, has a set of table and chairs; a digital piano is waiting for those
who enjoy playing a little music. The living room contains also a single
bed, a wardrobe, and chest of drawers. |

The large kitchen is divided in the kitchen area, with electric cooker,
oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and dining area with a family
sized table. The kitchen equipment includes all the usual kitchen utensils,
toaster, coffeemaker, cordless kettle and so on. A washing machine is installed
in the attached utility room. A small conservatory, with table and chairs,
offers additional space for enjoying breakfast or tea.
Each bedroom contains a double bed, a set of table and chairs, a wardrobe
and a chest of drawers or built-in wardrobe. The two bedrooms on the front
side of the house enjoy a beautiful view over Tobermory Bay; the one situated
on the backside offers a nice look into the garden. Bed linen is provided.
The bathroom has a bath, hand basin and toilet; the shower room has
an electric shower, hand basin and toilet as well. Towels are provided.
Wilton may be booked for any time of the year; the central heating and
the double-glazing of all windows makes Wilton an excellent place for a
winter holiday!
Prices vary from £300 to £450 per week.
