If you are looking for activities for children Aros Park is walking distance from the town and has lots of great rustic playground equipment and there’s also a lovely fishing lochan stocked with rainbow trout. Licences for the kids are inexpensive and can be purchased in Brown’s Ironmongers in Tobermory.

Tobermory has it’s own volcanic sand beach but if you have your own transport there are many beautiful and secluded beaches just a short drive from Tobermory.
